This is extraordinary!! I mean I never imagined Canada eperiences so much rainfall !! Is it a common phenomena or a consequence of global warming?

The last time this happened was in 1974. The river rises when the snow melts every spring, but usually does not overflow. This month we received an unusually large amount of rain which caused the river to flood.

This is a common thing in India.. I mean where I live. It’s a high rainfall area..
